RFQ beta today. Zcash-style shielding is on the roadmap.
Zcash showed what money can look like with privacy built in. We’re exploring that vision for the Robinhood ecosystem.

meet zero knowledgeYour EVM wallet. Familiar assets. A path toward less disclosure, built around Robinhood Chain.
No Zcash cryptography runs in this beta. Shielded balances and ZK verification require new infrastructure and independent audits.

“Shield” currently means a deposit into the settlement contract. It does not conceal your funds.
understand the boundaryStart with the WETH / USDG beta. Discover a quote away from the public chain, then choose the terms you want to sign.
beprivate is an independent application for Robinhood Chain. Zcash’s shielded-transaction model inspires our privacy roadmap. The current beta does not run Zcash, use Orchard or Halo 2, bridge ZEC, or inherit Zcash’s privacy guarantees.
Your quote request stays offchain before execution. The quote service and solver can see it. Deposits, wallet-linked contract balances, completed trades, and withdrawals remain public on Robinhood Chain.
The current terminal supports WETH and USDG on the configured Robinhood network. Quotes depend on the solver having enough inventory. ZEC, shielded ZEC deposits, and stock tokens are not supported.
You authorize deposits and trades with your wallet. Deposited tokens are held by the settlement contract and credited to your address. Withdrawals return to that same address, including while the protocol is paused. The contracts are unaudited beta software.
The research phase must produce a concrete proof system, EVM verifier, encrypted notes, wallet recovery, and relayer design. Independent audits and deployment verification are required before any confidential-balance or unlinkability claim. There is no announced launch date.
